moving an app on the home screen

Since the latest update, the old way of moving apps has changed. Used to start the editing process and select 'move 'option. Now the only option is to 'drag', and I can't seem to find an option as to where to place the app. How can I move an app on the home screen to where I want it to be?

That is strange. I have transferred phones to different carriers and didn’t have to reset the phone. If you lost information, it looks like they reset your phone before the transfer. Typically, it’s just a matter of turning off the phone and inserting a new Sim card. If your iCloud back up

Hi, It seems as if Siri is disabled. I assume this is what you’re having issues with when emailing? I suggest you go to your iPhone settings followed by Siri. There you can ensure that Siri is enabled. If it is enabled, I suggest you disable it and then re-enable it. Try again after that.
