Can you do a 'Select all'? with a two-finger 'flick'? Then cut to clipboard?
Have you rebooted the phone since the problem started?

On the Freedom Scientific braille displays - such as the focus Blue - if
you turn off voiceover (or the computer) and navigate on the display,

In Settings, Notification Center, Perhaps turn off the items you don't
think you need to hear. I do not have the problem however, and i don't
recall altering anything. Thus, i hear the most recent item (if I'm
there), and no more. There may also be some in-app settings you can look
at, to
keyboard. The albums in Technics format formerly on my

and having the gesture interpreted as simply moving your finger on the screen.
The up/down flick should be as fast as a left/right flick.
