Regardless of how much Android accessibility evolves, it's still running on

I have one. No, it's perfectly doable. VoiceOver is available to you. I
have paired my Bluetooth headphones without any issues and use them. It's a
simplified interface compared to the iPad or iPhone, but it's still fully
accessible.
