it sounds like what it takes is a click of the actual hardware mouse.
Perhaps it would be useful to try grabbing the mouse with one hand,

While this is generally true, I once had a hard drive that wouldn't work until
it had been the freezer for an hour.
Needless to say I copied the data from it as soon as I could. Had to freeze it

My 4s is continuously connected to the Phonex ComPilot and seems pretty
responsive. I don’t know if the small latency is the iPhone or the Bluetooth
link.
Using the Phonak TV block with my computer it seems as responsive as listening
to the computer speakers directly.
