Subject: unwanted emoticons
hi,
Both when using the on-board keyboard or a Bluetooth one, I keep getting into
the emoticons options. they get entered into my text! I don't want them! what
am I doing to make this happen, and how do I stop it?

Definitely. I regularly exchange iMessages with my wife and she is
always using emoticons that I've never heard of before. I usually use
