Today, for a while, I could not hear anyone, and no one could hear me from my phone - an iPhone SE, with, at that time, about 78 percent battery. Finally, I shut it down completely, brought it back up, turned Voiceover off then on, and now it works fine. Anyone have any idea what was going on?

I went to the ATT store with a friend who incidentally had to get a new phone and got an iphone. Anyway, the guy took mine, and within seconds had it working again. I was thankful especially he knew what to do but just frustrated I had to make the trip, just because any other sighted person I
