Hi everyone, I wanted to send out a brief email and let people know that there
is a tip to dealing with voicemail not showing up on the phone, and users
needing to call in to retrieve their voicemail. Apparently this does not matter
what carrier you are on. For best performance with the phone

The only way I was able to get around it was to use remote access from my
landline phone to my voicemail and change the greeting that way.

I do not know what version of iOS you are using, but it seems to me that recent
versions, 14 and 15 are better about not capturing the VoiceOver voice at the

Yes, I'm having the same issue. Instead of closing the app, double tap the
bottom of the screen where the favorite, Recent calls etc tabs are. This will
bring back voiceover. All you have to do then, is go back into voicemail to
delete the message or listen to other voicemail messages

I just tried recording my greeting with my EarPods, and it does not get rid of
that stop that comes on before the greeting is recorded or played. The only way
that I know to get rid of that is to record your greeting from my landline.

when asked if the transcription data is helpful, it gives you links but you
can't actually go in and change this to turn transcription
Yes, I have had that problem with the current and previous updates. Worse
yet, if I have listened to the voicemail message once, I can not listen to
it again. Some folks have gone in to siri and changed the language setting
to another language which eliminates the useless transcription stuff

I'm having trouble playing voiceMail messages. When I push play, the message
plays once, and not always through my AirPods. If I try to repeat the message,
I get all kinds of transcription, complete with underscores and all kinds of
garbage that makes the text unreadable. It's
