Mine is in a folder I think I created, called Camera Related. It may be in a factory folder called Extras or something equally vague. If you use the spotlight on your phone and type mag it should be the first result and will tell you where it is. To activate Spotlight search, touch somewhere

Hello Janet, In case you are an Android user the contacts by default get saved to the google account set up on your device and in case you are using an iphone then the same will be uploaded to your icloud account. So changing the phone provider will not remove the contacts backed up over these.

If it is in the packaging, as one I had purchased and returned was, I think it was in the part of the packaging between the two earpieces. The plastic is molded such that the earpieces are fit in so they are protected, and there is a spot in the middle between them where the dongle
