If you're talking about Groups, as in the Groups page of the Contacts
app, then you can't delete these groups. You can remove them by working
with the associated accounts in Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

a different app like messages and I am doing a double finger tap to stop
dictation on comes music or a stream from what I was listening to in TuneIn
