VoiceOver not reading everything

Hi there, Heree's something interesting that's going on, and I wonder if you might have solutions. I'm using a TV app called Univision Now. In order to fully use it, I can either register with an account and pay monthly or yearly, or I can use my TV provider and not have to pay for it. I use D
