You're lucky. The only way this works for me is if I start playing the
video I'm interested in and then choose another video or double tap the
next button. Once that video loads, I can use the previous button as
you describe. Otherwise, it is unavailable if I open the app and select
a video
It always just takes me back to the beginning of the video that is playing.
If I press it again, I go back to the previous video before that one.

The only way to do this for now is to move to the end of the video until
the Replay button appears and then start the video over again.
Unfortunately, this is the only way for VO users to manipulate a video
until this pesky bug is eliminated.
