Yesterday I preordered a book on Ibooks an I had to answer two questions and
give an email address as a security. I did it but I think it unnecessary.
All I wanted to do was preorder the book!
But it's done now.

Hello, I finally got help putting the Jawbone Ere earpiece together, and
charged it but it won't pair with my phone.
Am I missing a step?
My jambox somehow got damaged when I hooked it up to the laptop the last
time, but at least I still have the earphones.

no the Jawbone Era does not seem discoverable when I try to pair it with the
phone, and I can't figure out if the buttons are working sense there is no
way to know if they're pressed, I see a bigger bump between two others
