No, they are just going to redesign it.
The iPad one would charge both, the charger for just the phone would not
charge the iPad very quickly, very slowly in fact. So it works one way.

That split-screen feature can be turned off, which just leaves the scale of

the device afaik.
There's someone on the lists with an 8Gb iPhone 4; so it's not anissue of
