Yes, I've dealt with the Amazon Music app steep decline in volume by removing its access to the microphone. Of course, this removes access to Alexa with the app but it corrects the volume issue and since I don't use Alexa with the Amazon Music app, it works well for me.

This assumes the app is in the app switcher and not really closed. Once music plays, everything works fine. Frustrating, but that's how it is, and you're not alone. On Feb 20, 2020 1:51 PM, Don Moore wrote: > > I've got an iPhone 8 and the current iOS.  When I open the amaz

I've got an iPhone 8 and the current iOS. When I open the amazon Music app and try to navigate with voice over, the volume drops way down so I really can't hear it much at all. Once the music starts, the music is at full volume. Have any of you dealt with this issue? How did

Terri, I'm hesitant to uninstall the Amazon Music app to correct the reduced speaker volume issue because I've downloaded many songs to my iPhone and have created a playlist that I'm afraid I'll lose if I uninstall/reinstall. Alan From: viphone@googlegroups

I am not having any problems with Amazon Music on my iPhone 11 Pro. I have had this phone for one month and just redownloaded the Amazon Music app, played some songs, and all sounds great. Maybe those having the problem could try uninstalling/deleting the app and redownloading/installing it

I find the amazon music app rather sluggish. It’s been like this since at least iOS 12. When i open the app, it seems to slow down, when i swipe. Also, it does the same to all the other apps on my iPhone 8, until i close amazon music in my app switcher. Dave. From: lana Sent: Monday
