this phone for one month and just redownloaded the Amazon Music app, played

I find the amazon music app rather sluggish.
It’s been like this since at least iOS 12.
When i open the app, it seems to slow down, when i swipe. Also, it does the
same to all the other apps on my iPhone 8, until i close amazon music in my app
switcher.

Not the same situation as yours, but I sometimes have volume problems when I first activate amazon music on my iPhone. It usually fixes itself once a piece is playing, and it doesn't happen as often as it use to, but it can be a problem)

I noticed a couple of Amazon Music app version up
Hi List,
I noticed a couple of Amazon Music app version updates back that the volume
coming out of my iPhone 8 speakers was significantly reduced whenever
launching Amazon Music. The volume is reduced almost to the point where my
iPhone is unusable and is across the board until I force close
I'm not sure how, but one of the rather large albums I have playing through
the app has duplicated, so that each song plays twice before going to the
next one. Pretty annoying.
Do any of you have a suggestion for remedying this problem?
