strike me as more related to utilities and media, whereas the
notification center

I just got an iphone 5s and it appears that the three finger swipe up to
access the control center is not working with VO. If you turn off VO it

Are you touching the status bar first? Also, if you touch the very, very bottom
of the center of the screen, you'll hear a two-tone sound. Move your finger
straight up once you hear it and you can open the Control Center that way. The
same gesture also works from the top of the screen, to open
