Hi Cristobal. I have a fitbit flex. You use it through the fitbit app on your
phone. There are silent alarms which you can set that vibrate. I can put it on
my wrist or in my pocket and still feel the vibration.

Hi Lisa,
I have the Fitbit Charge HR. It does show both the current heartrate and the
resting heartrate. You can see both of these in the app. It's totally
accessible, except for initial setup. The tracker generates a random 4-digit
pin that you must enter

Hello list,
So I’ve been in search of some sort of vibrating alarm clock that can wake me
up in the morning to avoid disturbing my wife as I’m more the early bird of the
two whereas she is more
strangle me in my sleep after the second or third time of it
scaring her awake.
Anyway, to make a long story short, I was contemplating getting a Fitbit
flex since in its description, a silent vibrating alarm is specifically
highlighted as one of its features.
It’s been suggested to me to also consider
Hi all, Can anyone who has used both units offer a comparison both general and
the accessibility of device itself and application to control and monitor it?
after reading the specs, I can't decide which is the best one to buy.
Thanks to anyone who will take the time to reply.
All the best,
Marie
Hi,
I'm considering the fitbit series a little while now and did some intensive
readings and reviews about the different products within the fitbit range.
Most reviews and readings suggest that fitbit One will be a better, and more
accurate tracker compare to Fitbit Flex. With Fitbit Flex
What is this, how does it work, and will it work, on an IPOD 5th generation?

Wow
Hi Claudia,
The Fitbit Flex is a device you wear around your wrist and it keeps track of
your activity during the day such as how many steps you have taken, calories
burned etc. It can also track your sleep pattern. The accompanying app gives
you access to this information and yes, it will work
Can someone who uses this device tell me about the audible feedback you get
from the device and how easy it is to change from day mode to sleep mode and to
know what the machine is doing, on off etc.
In advance, thank you. contact me privately if you think this is off topic.

When you are ready to go to sleep, you rapidly tap your Flex band, on the top
until you feel vibrating. This lets you know it is in sleep mode. In the
morning, when you wake, repeat this process with the same vibrating feedback.
You can always manually log your sleep via the iPhone app. The
way, you won't really learn much.
The app is free in the app store.
Good luck.

One thing I recommend is to go over to appleVis and search for fitbit flex.
David Woodbridge did an excellent podcast on the flex.
Explaining how to put the device inside the band might be difficult, but
actually doing it is pretty easy. ;) I'll give it a try.
