Hi Pat Some suggestions: 1. Ensure you have the latest Catalina version (macOS 10.15.4) installed. What was your previous OS? Did it update from Mojave or Sierra or ---? 2. Are you using USB or Bluetooth for the Wacom tablet? There may be a common USB issue if tablet and external drives
