Can you provide more information about this survey? Some of the questions
feel really vague and context specific. There are some terms in there that
appear to be aimed more for the researcher than the respondent ease in
answering.

Unfortunatly they will go back to Sweden on Sunday (that part of the
project was only one month). However, our local project manager is still
left, and he has a IEG grant [1] from WMF to setup a Wikipedia Center in
Mbazzi which will continue during the year. They too should probably get in

I want to draw your attention to two Wikimedia Board of Trustees decisions
that were recently published, regarding funds allocated to the FDC/Annual
plan grant process and Board approval of chapter/thematic organization
status. In a nutshell, the Board decided to allocate approximately
