I agree. I also say that StarOS's support is actually pretty good for manufacturer provided support. (They do not have as large a channel of qualified third pary consultants like MT does). It means alot when the person writing code is also the person responding to End User List support request.

Just be careful if they want to do there own VLANs. If they do you will need to dot1q tunnel them. Cisco has made it easy in that all you have to do in addition to what you do now with a single VLAN is add the switchport dot1q tunnel command to their interface on either side. The VLAN stack
