Hi Paul. I chose this model for an FM tower and the total amount of inductance. They work fine for PoE as well. After using these, I was able to get my Ethernet speed increased from 10 Mbps to 100 on several different devices on this tower, so they definitely worked for that.

Yes, but that probably represents considerations regarding minimizing Risk,
not necessarilly Value.

Stock deals have the potential for larger return in the long run.

Since clients are talking to this particular CM9 I assume your using a
sector or an omni? Are you using Coax surge protector that is properly
grounded? Atheros cards are using a rf selector switch which is fairly
sensitive and easily get damaged which results in about 20dB signal loss

So if I understand you, I can fire up OSPF daemons and play with their
configuration throughout my network. I can then query the daemons to
see what their routing tables are. Once I see that the OSPF daemon
has a good routing table, I can remove some of my a static routes?

Thanks Jeremy. Wrong locations was the problem.
Now I just have to figure out how to use this.
Are there templates for RouterOS?

Hello KyWiFi,
As someone who has many towers with 900 omni's ( and many years
supporting them), this combo ( SR9 plus mikrotik/starOS/whatever) eliminates
the desire to ever deploy an omni again. IMHO.
Some of our most rural areas are so polluted in 900mhz, an omni just
doesn't cut it.

In my option that is the best way to migrate.
In Cisco world (and probably all routers), routes are indexed by an
administrative distance. Static routes have an AD of 1, BGP-20, OSPF-110,
