Hi all,
i have question on the long, int and float properties.
I'am working with these properties and found out that there is no way to
represent them
as None or NULL values.
I'am working with sql and these properties and it is a good idea if the
these properties
can be represented as NULL or Non

I don't know how people are currently using Zope with 2.2. There is
probably some r
In my own casual experimentation, Zope worked okay by itself on Mandrake
Linux 8.2b4 with Python 2.2, but ZEO refused to work.
For what it's worth.

Just a heads up, for people who're not sure:
None of the Linux binary downloads of Zope I've tested (including
2.5.1b1) are built with Large File Support in python. Also unstable
Debian's python is without Large File Support, same thing with Mandrake
8.1.

I tried with 2.5.0 also and had the same effect. I assume there is
some Product interference - I will try to eliminate the one.
Maybe it's a patched version of ZSynce
The machine should, in my opinion, be the domain you are logged in on. I.e,
if you are authenticated for domain www.foobar.com:1001, thats what it
should say, according to an internal survey here at Torped (that means me
and Johan). :-)
It would be nice to have it configurable, but I'm not sure i

Well, I guess I could make a check for the Zope version, so not to tie up
Zope 2.6 to Python 2.2.

That's rather silly on Windows 98. :-)

What are people take on empty dates? Today I can find no way to enter empty
dates (I think "None" worked before, but it doesn't work in 2.5.1b1 anyway).
This is a problem, because we need to be able to have empty dates. Also,

I completely made a fool of myself - I was falling into the
DTML-Document/DTML-method trap.
The central index_html was created as DTML document ..
Sorry for stealing your time.

No you didn't, you got it on the trunk. I just double-checked. My big
security patch was never checked in on the 2.5 branch.

For the last few weeks (And maybe longer) I have been seeing lots of
messages about zope leaking, the gc crashing and generally, Zope going
senile after long runtimes or lots of requests. This was (And I believe
still is) a problem for Apache, which they solved by having threads only
