JWT can do the VTC control load dependantly by using the auxiliary module
that is use for launch control, NOS and water injection operation. They do
not use an MSD two step rev limiter. I guess you could use the MSD as a rev
dependant switch and it would probably work I bet, but you are right, It
would not be load dependant.
