I agree with that statement Mike.  I believe once the head has work and cams 
are in, along with higher compression, the TB will prove to be a good thing 
to have.  Did RC port the 1.6 TB or is this a 95 TB.  I may have different 
results because I measured mine at 60 inner bore and 66 outer bore.  I 
thought of having RC port this one to about 65 inner and 70 outer, but this 
is later down the road.  Let me ask you, did RC repostition the sensor (TPS) 
or are you using the existing measure OHM?  Let me know if this TB was a 95 
SE-R or just the 1.6 bored out.
