was Test now iron heads
You know whats unique here: I never at anytime think of
wrist cock. I feel like I am blocking the ball most of the time
(retarding wrist cock/release as I am afraid of the death hook). My
swing has been describe as flat though not w/ short irons.
We're
getting more towards a fitting here (and I appreciate it as we all
make our own worst DR). To give a reference as far as distance relative
to height. Avg 5 iron is 180. SW is 110 and SKY HIGH! Head is a
verified 56* loft. 8 iron is also a verified 40* and good for a SKY
HIGH 150 yd shot. Most recent previous heads used were Chicago 944 DBs
and Toski Classics.
Here's the kicker, I am looking at a try at a
higher offset, COG moved back set. While sounding crazy: A: I demoed
a set I made and had unique results, (Figured it was the newness of the
offset) B: I need to try something else I am working on currently
requiring (easiest method) a GS iron head. Those that are fitting for
this experiment are high offset.
