You will only see it if you packet sniff (e.g tcpdump or other) on the 
internet side of the machine.  Then you need to look for packets to a domain 
that reads something like akamaitechnologies.net (or com, I have forgotten 
which).  On a new installation, it *will* be there.  If you can't "sniff" the 
internet side (WAN),  you will never see it. If you try to uninstall it, part 
remains, but in an other directory.  You must delete that, *and* delete 
references to it, from the registry.

My experience, is with win98, win98se, & win95.

But like I said, - if that is not a concern, it's a great package.
