I followed the uninstall instructions to the letter. After uninstall I had problems getting online. There was something still in the system that somehow didn't get erased. The problems occurred several months ago and I don't recall all the stuff I had to go through. I did get instructions from ZA as to how to remove several components that weren't removed via the uninstall function, some of which required going into the config.sys and autoexec.bat. I chose not to muck about with those.
