I don't think Indian Airlines serves alcohol at all. On the other
hand, Air India does serve alcohol on domestic sectors for its
international passengers (ie, someone with a BOM-BKK boarding card can
get alcohol during the BOM-MAA sector on a BOM-MAA-BKK flight).
