There's a place here in Newtown, Kammadhenu, run by a South Indian man and his wife is either Sri Lankan with Thai parents, or Malasian with Sri Lankan parents or something like that. Anyway we had the Masala Dosa and Kottu Roti. It wasn't even as good as Kamat Hotel, but it was very satisfying - except for the AUD$8 price for the Dosas!
