sunday morning chores which involve grinding the powder in an electric
mixie _before_ eating really sucks. the idli's taste better though :)

Talking of the stone-age stone grinders... we used to have a theory on
why the street food is better, both in taste and flavor, than our best
home grown efforts inspite of using the correct ingredients.... an
individuals toil and sweat added to the cooking process cannot be
easily replicated.
