I'm really interested in this, I too have quite a sensitive stomach. What I
want tot know is 'Can I re-use the EIS?'  I mean if I fill a basin to steep
my greens, do I have to use fresh EIS every time, that's going to be a bit
of a bind. If I can reuse it, how often can I do this before I need to
change it?

Any ideas?
