Mary Ann- I get MSM by the pound from Beyond a Century-
http://www.beyondacenturyonline.com/
It is cheaper than anywhere else I know of, $8.50 a pound, no off taste,
plus they have all kinds of vitamins, amino acids, herbs, etc. in
powders instead of capsules which makes them a lot cheaper. Most I
don't mind taking as a powder in water, though there have been a few
herbs that taste so bad or absorb water so quickly that they really need
to be stuffed into capsules by hand.

Hi Nancy. Thanks. I have MSM in capsules -- haven't taken any for
quite awhile. I'll start again.

Another thing I found helpful is bigger doses of MSM, like start with
a teaspoon and work up to a couple of tablespoons a day, for a while.

every other darn thing suggested with only minor improvement, if any.
