That is great advice for anyone. I'd just like to add, that one can't just
read "X" is good for "Y" and begin taking X without knowing something about the
synergy of how and what "X" works with. Taking supplements of one vitamin,
mineral, etc without also supplementing its complements can really get things
screwed up and create more deficencies that it helps.
Calcium metabolism is a good example. It is much more complicated than just
taking megadoses of calcium.

establish a sensible protocol for yourself. I am not criticizing you, just
advocating a sane approach. Yours is a common mistake -- the "if 1 gram is
good, 10 grams must be great!" mentality, which I was guilty of myself many
years ago.
