ummm yah I'm gonna have to re-evaluate the dosages of the vitamins I'm taking, 
before I kill myself with out having ever done something great. I take about 18 
different vitamins. maybe 20. I kind of just make up my dosages. I don't have 
any deadly disease. but a lot of mental deficiencies so to speak i just want to 
be healthy as an ox. hey maybe you can do an article in one of your daily 
e-mail articles you send out. I'll be sure to look out for it if you plan on 
doing it.

If you're gonna screw with megadoses, you had better be researching toxicities.
Metals are especially dangerous with small windows for error.

You'll find FDA recommendations too low for optimum, but you damnwell better
find out what a dangerous dose is!

Here's a clue, most metal supplements are made up in MICROGRAM doses.

Recommended copper, for example, is only 3mcg daily.

If you told your doctor that you were taking 1 gram of E daily, he tell you to
cut it (mine did, I didn't).
