If you're gonna screw with megadoses, you had better be researching toxicities.
Metals are especially dangerous with small windows for error.

You'll find FDA recommendations too low for optimum, but you damnwell better
find out what a dangerous dose is!

Here's a clue, most metal supplements are made up in MICROGRAM doses.

Recommended copper, for example, is only 3mcg daily.

If you told your doctor that you were taking 1 gram of E daily, he tell you to
cut it (mine did, I didn't).
