No, I've not done anything specifically to affect the kidneys. I think I read about that early on and decided I didn't want to fuss with it. I drink plenty of water all the time, so my kidneys are in decent shape. I could probably read up on it again to be sure what I was thinking. The liver cleanses are having a decent yield, so whatever I haven't done is not stopping them from working. Be well, Mike D.
