www.blessedherbs.com is a wonderful resource for high quality herbs. Hydrangea grows all over some parts of the country. Should not be that hard to find someone who gardens organically and would dig a few roots. We had huge bushes in Seattle and I see some here in the South, particularly closer to the more humid areas.
