  Ken & MA,

The amount and strength of cs needed depends on many things, such as
your age and health, physical size and condition, any ongoing health
problems, the particular virus or bacterial infection you are
experiencing, and so on. You need to find out by trial an error what
  works best for you.

A young person in good health can probably take a teaspoon of 5 to
10ppm cs (3 nines quality), and this may be sufficient to give the
immune system the extra boost needed to kill a cold.

But as you age, your immune system starts to degrade. I used to take
8 oz of 10ppm cs daily, but found a severe exposure to mold
demolished my immune system. After much experimentation, I found a
way to make stronger cs, about 22ppm, but quickly discovered it
killed the friendly flora in my intestine and made me sick for days.
So I could not drink it as before.

At present, I hold one ounce in my mouth for ten minutes, then spit
it out. For some reason, taking 1 oz of 22ppm cs sublingually is
much more effective than drinking 8 oz of 10ppm.

For example, a cute Russian girl and her son lived with me while I
was in Ottawa. Her son was a star athlete, so all the girls loved
him, and he would bring home some of the weirdest viruses. The
mother and I started getting cold sores that the 10ppm cs barely
  cured.

After switching to the 22ppm cs and taking 1 oz sublingually, the
cold sores disappeared and never came back. We both found we only
needed to take it every three or four days instead of daily. So the
assumption that drinking more of a lower ppm cs may not necessarily
hold in practice, or it may only work in benign circumstances.

For this reason, I am trying to find ways of making even stronger
cs. Sol has a method that allows her to get well above 30ppm with
Ken's Silverpuppy. I am trying to get her to write an article for
the archives, but she is ignoring me:)

One more thing - you can check the quality of your cs by freezing
it. Any oxides will agglomerate into a black ball in the center,
then leave a stain the bottom of the container when the cs melts.
Ionic cs will leave no residue, which is what mine does.

Be sure to use a clean but old glass if you try this - I destroyed a
perfectly good cs generator when the glass cracked under the
  pressure.

MA, what kind of generator are you using, and what readings do you
  get from the Hanna?

And what's O/C? Golly, it sure is hard to keep up with the acronyms:)

Best Wishes,

Mike Monett
