With CS/DMSO/MSM and probably a few drops food grade H2O2. ______ After research and CS list advice I also learned how I could have also bought a new fresh 80 cf welding cylinder, new regulator and gotten it filled with oxygen at an industrial gas supplier or welding supplier.
