Yes of course you did....very well!!!! I have to translate your letter...to understand everything...but I am glad to know what you are eating ...it sounds so good to me. .I eat German bread...sauerbread (sometimes with flaxseed) and thats also against the candida. Here it is sometimes like a melting pot,I have 2 daughters in law...one from Venezuela and the other from Indonesia. They are such a good cooks...much meat...much herbs..but to good for me and my husband.Always when they visit us,I become so much nice foods.. so very cosy....what can I do...I take only a little...and am not real happy with all the meat.
