Why do you spit it out? I swish and hold, but certainly do swallow the
CS, as it adds another route of absorption, and more silver to the body.
You might add a little DMSO to your CS, that should increase the
absorption quite a bit. I have done CS/DMSO for a cavity, and my husband
has done it for a sensitive tooth, with good results for both of us, so
far as I know, for my cavity, I won't know for sure til my next dental.
