  You spit it out.

Let's go back to the start. Take two 3 oz shot glasses. Pour 70ml of
  20uS cs in each one.

Hold the contents of one in your mouth for ten minutes. Spit it back
  into the empty glass.

You now have two glasses of cs. One has been in your mouth and has a
white dispersion from saliva. The other is the original clear cs.

Add canning salt to both and wait for the dispersions to stabilize.

  Compare the two dispersions.

It is very difficult to tell any difference between them.

At most, the one you held in your mouth is 10% less dense than the
  original.

So most of the silver ions remain in the cs that you have spit out.
Very little of the silver is absorbed sublingually. Less than 46
parts per billion is in the bloodstream.

That is sufficient to kill the Herpes Zoster and cold viruses. And
  mouth bacteria.

  OK so far?
