We tried different concentrations of cs, and different lengths of time holding it in the mouth, and drinking it or spitting it out. We found the higher the concentration, the more effective it was. Five minutes sublingually was too short, 20 minutes didn't make much difference, and ten minutes was about optimum. They never swallowed it, but it was just as effective on the cold sores. Now, I find the 20uS upsets my digestion, so I spit it out. I have tried both ways, and there is no difference to the effectiveness as far as the Shingles virus is concerned. With the recent concern about blue moons, it might be something to investigate. But we would have to get your uS readings up a bit higher. That turned out to be the key to everything. The interesting part is the cs shows a white dispersion very quickly after it enters the mouth. According to Marshall's paper, the solubility of silver chloride is about 800ppb. So it should make no difference how strong the cs is when taken sublingually. I assure you, it does. There is a kind of zing to it. Ode has mentioned the same effect.
