Another noob question: Shouldn¹t I hear voice mail prompts for calls not answered by a user?
I have a brand new sipX server. If I call a number and the user does not answer, I am taken to voice mail where I can record a message, but I hear no prompts from the system; just silence. I am able to hear prompts within a conference, as well as auto-attendance prompts, but I can¹t hear voice mail prompts, either when leaving a message, or when calling in to get messages.
