Use a Registration based configuration for les.net. Set up a SIP keepalive
interval small enough that your firewall does not close the port in that
interval. Navigate to the "advanced section" of the iTSP setup page to find
this interval.

I don't know why having multiple interfaces would help you. I believe your
issue has to do with your firewall setup.
