I don't think so... I really think you are going to need to open 5080
udp and 30000 - 31000 udp inbound to that box.

Subject: Re: [sipx-users] I Can Make Calls, But Can't Receive

I have the set the keep alive interval to 1 and it still does not work.
Is there another setting that I should be changing?

Here is my situation, I am connecting with my SIP Trunk via Les.Net.
In the current environment I can't enable port forwarding. I am able
to make out going calls, but I am not able to receive. All of my
phones and the SipX Server are in private IP space. There are 2
network interfaces on my SIPX box & if it would make things easier I
could assign the second network interface a public IP address. Does
anyone have any suggestions to help me figure out how to receive calls
or debug my situation. Thanks.

Use a Registration based configuration for les.net <http://les.net/> .
Set up a SIP keepalive interval small enough that your firewall does not
close the port in that interval. Navigate to the "advanced section" of
the iTSP setup page to find this interval.

I don't know why having multiple interfaces would help you. I believe
your issue has to do with your firewall setup.
