It may depend a bit on the provider and how they hand you calls.

 

It may also depend on the firewall.

 

Ranga knows more about it than I certainly so I'd defer to him.

 

Can you setup a packet capture to see if you are receiving any traffic
from the ITSP?

I don't think so...  I really think you are going to need to open 5080
udp and 30000 - 31000 udp inbound to that box.

 

Do you mean I need to set up port forwarding of those ports on the
firewall? I do not control the firewall and so I cannot set up port
forwarding. Mranga said in IRC that it could be done without changing
the firewall. Is that incorrect?
