James, Micheal is right. If you are lucky and are working with a provider that does hosted NAT compensation a standard DSL router will work without needing to do anything else.
However, nothing can be guaranteed to work unless you are able to set up port forwarding as Michael has described below. You may well not be so lucky. For a start, try to see if you can get inbound calls to work with les.netusing Xlite and without sipxbridge. Next, you can try to configure sipxbridge. For sipxbridge, you may need to set up to use private addressing on your ITSP configuration screen for this ITSP. You may also need to enable RTP keepalive. If you cannot setup port forwarding and are not behind a symmetric NAT, sipxbridge is simply not guaranteed to work correctly. That configuration will not be supported in general. The product is geared towards the business environment where control over firewall settings is a given. Ranga.
