In the configuration of the phones, did you set them to domain name, or Fully Qualified Domain Name. It needs to be Domain name, it will get the FQDN from our srv records in DNS. Personally, I'd look there.

I ran comparative traces of calls from the softphone (that succeed) and calls from the hardware SPA942 handsets (that fail). The difference is that the sip addresses for to and from addresses used when the softphone dials are "sip:[email protected]" (whick works). However when the phone handsets dial each other I dial "200" on the display and the trace shows this is converted to "sip:[email protected]" (where sipx.dev.domain.com is the name of the sipx server). Is abyone able to point me to where in the sipx config this value would need changing please? I cannot see it explicitly set anywhere in the current config. I think this issue is very close to being sorted... Thanks Dan
