update: I have installed a softphone on my PC to try and troubleshoot this. Using the softphone I can call both the physical SPA942 phone handsets fine (they ring, can be answered etc). However, using the SPA942 phone handsets I cannot call the softphone either - so very clearly the problem is with the SPA942s making IP-based calls. I suspect it is as simple as the address I'm using being incorrectly formatted, but I've tried "201", "mailto:[email protected]", "sip:mailto:[email protected]", "sip:201:phoneIP" etc. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/
