Wipe the local config from the polycom 650. It sounds like manual tinkering
needs to be cleaned up. Check the 650 config in sipx and push it back out to
the phone.

I have a small install with 6 devices, 5 Polycom 331 and 1 Polycom 650 with
Expansion Module.



The SIPx server is hosted at another site, and there is a site to site VPN
connected between the two sites. The 331 phones register just fine, but the
650 seems to register to the SIPx server as a NAT’ed client.

The calls will not work to x200 as I believe the SIPx server is trying to
contact the external IP of the firewall instead of going over the site to
site VPN.



Why would the Polycom 650 have a problem, when the 331’s are working just
fine. They are all in the same phone group with the same options configured.
